History:
Rooke was born and raised on Khosa's World, a failed agricultural colony. Like many of his peers, he got into trouble with the law in his youth, and was in and out of correctional facilities during his adolescence, until during one of his community service sentances he was assigned to assist an elderly man named Karl Makis. Rooke came to respect the hard, dignified old man, and when Makis died, Rooke complied with the strange will: that all of Makis' possessions be destroyed, by Rooke.

While sorting through the old man's few belongings, Rooke found Makis' Naval insignia and Starburst for Extreme Heroism - the old man had in fact been Captain Karl Makis, Hero of the Empire. Rooke's astonishment at this fact did what years of law enforcement agents had failed to do: turn the young man around. A year later, upon graduation from school, Rooke enlisted in the Imperial Navy, to honor the old warrior's memory.

During his first assignment, young Recruit Kiimeshir found himself in the middle of a firefight, when during a border dispute with the K'kree the IN Destroyer O'Kane was boarded. The internal security team was overcome a mere ten meters from the bridge, and Rooke, rallying his damage control team, held the boarders off with a sidearm until help arrived.

This earned him several things: a commission, and a Medal for Conspicuous Gallantry. He spent the next several years in training.

The Imperial Navy assigned now-Lt.jg Kiimeshir as a Combat Advisor to a mercenary unit, Steele's Spartans. He spent the next eight years with the mercs as they were brought into Imperial Army service, fighting in various engagements in the Solomani Rim War, earning another promotion in the Imperial Navy as well as the equivalent rank of Captain in the Spartans. The NI then rotated Lt. Kiimeshir out of the Spartans, and placed him on "detatched" status.

Rooke is now enjoying himself, travelling the galaxy, and keeping his eyes open. His only IN duties consist of filing biweekly situation reports. Currently his travels have taken him to Rikhani, but his business there has concluded and he is ready
