A Seaplane for TNE area Venice in Reavers' Deep

The White Wing Seaplane

This plane was designed for the planet Venice in Reavers' Deep. The era is TNE. This craft was designed as part of the Pocket Empire Group.

The 20 ton 'White Wing' seaplane is an example of the highest available technology produced on Venice. It was build using a base TL of 5 components of TL 6. These level of technology is only available at the cluster city of Neo Amsterdam.
This craft, and other cutting edge aircraft, was manufactured by the Bliss Technology Group. BTG is based in the burough of Neo Paltz, one of the cities located on the seamount chain which makes up Neo Amsterdam.
Oxygen masks are installed for the crew and any passengers. This is necessary due to Venice's thin atmosphere.
The first run of these aircraft were made to use petrochem fuel. Several were sold to the City Ship Orange County, which controls one of the major remaining petroleum pumping and refining sites.
Most White Wings produced now are fitted to use Kelpohol (a kelp derived alcohol fuel) as a fuel source. This change reduces the range and performance of the aircraft. Neo Amsterdam officals find this tradeoff worthwhile though. Their expansive kelp fields can produce plenty of fuel. This allows them to use Orange County petroleum other purposes.
